Custom Metal
Stamping Dies
Bring Trueline a part which is currently being machined and we will
analyze the part to determine if it is a candidate for the stamping
process. Often we can use our proprietary flow control process to
produce a variety of high quality parts. If your part can be stamped
we’ll provide a quote for prototype tooling, production tooling and
piece part costs. Next, we’ll work with you to develop prototype stamped
parts for testing. Once complete, Trueline will build production tooling
and produce your stamped parts. As a high volume metal stamping
manufacturer, we are ready to work with you.
Any Part you need: Machined to Stamped
Looking for a true partner? Trueline works directly with you to develop
all your prototypes using our 3-D simulation software which integrates
with our progressive die software, giving us the ability to build
prototype tools to seamlessly integrate into long run production tooling. Every step is
documented and every process checked. Our tool room builds the close
tolerance progressive die using the latest technology to ensure the
highest level of quality. With fourteen presses ranging from 22 to 300
tons, you’re in good hands. Trueline can even create a process package
that includes APQP, PPAP, FMEA, FAI and SPC. All of these are used for
measuring our level of improvement. That’s important for any project
involving custom metal stampings.
Quality Assurance / In-House Full Service Capabilities
From feasibility reviews during the quoting phase, to the use of
disciplined problem-solving methods, our ISO 9001:2000 Registered
Quality Management System and registered QMS Certification allows us to
more effectively control all of our processes. With many custom metal
stamping dies and contract stamping projects in process at any given
time, Trueline’s internal auditing process challenges us to live our
documentation, benchmark our performance, question the status quo, and
create higher performance standards for all our staff. Trueline
employees have been trained in SPC and GD&T. We pride ourselves in our
ability to meet the provisions set forth by specific customer
requirements and the following AIAG standards: MSA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA,
FAI and SPC.
